Doaku buat kekasih
Taken from http://jejariruncing.blogspot.com/:
Ya-Rabbul Ariffin
Tuhanku,Seandainya telah kau takdirkan dia milikku.. tercipta buatku
Dekatkan lah hatinya dengan hatiku
Tetapkan lah kemesraan antara kami
Agar kebahagiaan ini kekal abadi
Ya Muhaimin
Dan Tuhanku
Seiringkan lah kami mengharungi hidup luas ini
Ke tepian yang sejahtera
Ya Rabbul Fatihin
Tetapi Tuhanku yang Maha Pengasih
Seandainya telah kau takdirkan dia bukan milikku
Bawalah dia jauh dari pandangan ku
Luput dari ingatan ku
Dan peliharalah aku dari kecewa
Ya Rabbul Izzati
Serta Tuhanku yang Maha Mengerti
Berilah aku kekuatan melontar bayangannya ke dada langit
Hilang bersama senja nan merah
Dan gelap pekat awan
Agar aku bisa bahagia
Walaupun tanpa dirinya
Ya Rabbul Quddus
Dan Tuhanku
Biar sekuat mana aku menyintainya
Aku pohon agar Tuhanku
Melenyapkan perasaan ini
Sekiranya dia ditakdirkan bukan milikku
Ya Rahman Ya Rahim
Tapi sekiranya dia ditakdirkan untukku
Kupohan agar takdir memperkuatkan kasihku padanya
Selagi tidak melebihi kasihku padaMU

Roundtable
Today is D day. The roundtable day.
No, the table does not need to be round. It can square or rectangular or whatever. It's just literally saying that this is D day where the supervisors, managers, senior managers, directors and managers (aka SUPERIORS and COUNCILLORS) will discuss on who to promote. The ultimate decision is theirs. This roundtable will be chaired by a SUPERIOR/ULTIMATE COUNCILLOR who will then ask something like....
"OK Person A. Who has worked for this Person?"
Several Superiors/Councillors will each raise their hands even if they've worked for them for a short period of time (that is, if they still remember). Minimum engagement needed is more than 40 hours.
I hate this day. Reason being?
There will be this LOOK....
The look that other managers who have not even worked for you will recognise you after the roundtable when they bump into you be it in the lift, cafeteria or whatever.
I've never been in this roundtable if you ask me. But I can imagine the GOSSIP (the Superiors call it FEEDBACK) that they will be discussing in the roundtable about a certain staff. For example,
Superior A will say:
"I've worked for this person. She's committed, finish her work, but she does not know how to manage her time."
Superior B:
"I disagree. She's worked for me. But she meets deadlines."
Superior C:
"I agree what Superior A says."
Superior D:
"I agree to disagree."
Hence, the CHAIR will be the JUDGE. Decision is in his hands. He's like the JUDGE with the hammer. Difference is, there's no hammer in audit firm. Hence, the VERDICT:
"I hereby DECIDE that she's ready/not ready to be promoted."
Thereafter, the rating will follow suit. Finalised and given to HR. HR will give the final rating. RESULT:
Rating 3 and below? No bonus. No increment. No whatever. Title still the same. Either improve the next year, or GET OUT! It's like a nice way of saying: You're not worth staying in audit firm. You're fired but i prefer you to stay so that you're experienced enough to handle additional workload. You work hard for nothing.
Rating 3 and non-promotion? Receive bonus like everybody. Receive increment. But title still the same. They think you're not ready to promote but you've worked hard enough to receive the bonus. Either improve the next year, or you're just remain the same. Forever and ever.
Rating 3 and above? Receive bonus, increment and promotion to the next level.
Rating 4.5 and above? Receive bonus, increment, promotion to the next level and extra money due to performance. Superiors have to justify why this particular staff is given high rating. 1 more thing, you will receive recognition or so called "POWER STAFF". Everyone wants you. Managers want to book you. Partners want you to be a partner.
So basically that's it. That's the Roundtable story which I hate. I hate today. But do I care? I am resigning anyway, like it or not. So yeah, whatever....

Kate & Will's honeymoon plan - try consider Malaysia???
Dear Kate & Will,
According to UK telegraph , you both have decided to not to depart for your honeymoon immediately. Issit true?
Are you seriously considering to travel to Africa? Or Jordan? OMG. Common guys. Have you ever considered Malaysia? Hmm...do you actually know where Malaysia is? If you don't, you are in big trouble. U BRITISH People invaded us last time. I can't remember when (I got bad results for my history during SPM days)...but yeah, u did colonize us. So, guys, do come to Malaysia. We have no more your old British architecture leftovers. We have, in fact, modernized throughout the years. Comparable to international level. FOR EXAMPLE....
We have the skycrapers...the tall stuffs for looking.
We also have the National Parks and mountains for hiking.
The Caves for exploring.
We have the historical places for discovering.
The Culture Villages for experimenting.
The Festivals for joining.
The Beaches for tanning (Bet u English people love this!)
The Food for Tasting & Fattening (hehehe)
And lastly, the Malaysian People For Speaking & Guiding
(I mean like, u dont need GPS ok, since we can speak English.
Though broken as it is)
Though broken as it is)
So yeah, to Kate & Will, do consider Malaysia. These pictures speak thousands and billions of words. And in case u need a tour guide, I'll be free to help you. But do tell me in advance, as I need to tell my boss of my long leave. hehehe.

My Blog has Changed Its Colour
Notice the upliftment of my blog page?
Don't get me wrong, my favorite color is still PURPLE by the way.
ORALLOW (stands for Orange + Yellow) is not exactly my favorite color, but they sure do brighten everyone's day, RIGHT?
Just think of the SUN and how it SMILES at you.
And not to forget, my favorite flower....the DAISY. And how it smiles at you.
Therefore, some of the things in my life shall be ORALLOW-ish.

Royal Weddings
Ok I'm actually writing this post because William and Kate are 1982 babies...which is exactly the same as me and hubby. Difference is that Kate (Jan 9) is the eldest among us 4. William was born on 21 June. My hubby is 11 days apart (2 July) from Will. And I'm obviously the youngest among all, being born in September. I love royal weddings because of the fact that they are so heavenly. And I'm totally princess-y, in my own way, and in my hubby's crib, eventhough small as it is. All princesses something in common - "white wedding dress as their first wedding dress". And the prince will always have some kind of army outwear.
SEE?
NOW...LOOK AT ME & HUBBY
I love the Kate-Will couple also for the fact that Kate's a commoner and so matured. Probably that is the reason why Will chose her? I wonder...Though she looks slightly older than Will, she's extremely gorgeous.
Talking about weddings, I think one of the most famous royal weddings in Malaysia would be the Prince Nazrin and Tunku Zara of Perak's. AGREE?
Whatever it is, congratulations to Kate and William. Hope your marriage is lasting and blessed.
With Love,
Princess SF Johari.
P/s: One of the days when I feel so princess-y...Dreaming.......:)))
