Fishy DayCare

Kids, today I want u to take care of Puss while I'm cooking lunch.
Dad is helping to take care of Pawl.
So make sure u're not up to anything fishy today.

BORING!!! Same thing on TV everyday...

Hey Jen, u wanna explore the world outside?
I'm getting kinda bored.

Puss is always sleeping anyway.
A little tour wouldn't hurt.
We'd better get back early before mom finds out.

Sneak peek: Mom's cooking.

Dad's watching TV, as usual.
Oh hey there Lil Pawl! Be quiet ok.

Ok line's clear.
Bye bye house!

First stop. Hey what's this? Siamese twins.

Hello? Hello? They are not moving and won't budge.

I guess they are stuck with each other for life. That sucks.

Hey that's Mickey!

I think he's desperate to get out, eventhough he's smiling.
Let's help him.

U push 1 side, I push the other side.
1,2,3...

I guess we're not strong enough. *panting*

Let's try rolling it then.

Wow, it's snowing.
Mickey must be having a good time.
Even we don't experience snow here in Malaysia.

We'll just leave you as you are okay Mickey, since ur snowing :)

Hi Mr Robot. I'm totally okay with u except that u don't have any emotions.

Hey that bed looks comfy. Even the bed in our house don't look that comfy. Let's try it out.

Weeeeeeeee!!!!

Hey shoes!!! BIG one.

This is what I call "A walk in my shoes"

Hey that's a big TV!

Let's change channel.

Cool. Phineas & Ferb.

Last stop: The aquarium.
Wait a minute? Where are the fishes?

Let's take a closer look.
Jen: Don't get too near, Jas.

Ah ah ahhh arrgghhhhh I'm slipping, Jen. Help me!

It's too late. Are u okay down there?

Dushhh! Oh no, he can't swim. Think, think, think...

Rescue mission in progress. Hold on...Catch this!

Wow, I can't believe I am so strong & smart.

I feel like tug-of-war and winning. Gosh, ur so heavy Jaspurr!

Jaspurr: Thanks, Jen my darling sista. U've saved my life. Mind giving me a CPR?
Jennyfur: No way. Ur breath smells like fish puke.

Hey what's the time now? It's 10 mins to lunchtime. Mom would kill us if she finds out that we're not taking care of Sweet Puss.

U'd better make yourself dry fast.

Run for your life!!!

Jennyfur, Jaspurr!!! Lunchtime!!!

Awww...my lovely and obedient kids. :)

Goes to show "There are really no fishes in the sea after all!"
Tee hee hee...:)

Hot Staff

Received email from our head of department aka "PARTNER". This email is indirectly telling us, "Don't worry. It's the PEAK PERIOD. Though 5 MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS already tendered, but you really have nothing to worry about. Because...."

"As at 12 Jan 2011, we have 171 permanent staffs in our Group as compared to 2009 (149) same time last year. The numbers will increase to 199 (LY:161) if we include interns. This is not to say that we have sufficient staffs at the moment as you aware that  COMPANY P&C will be taking alot of our resources. We are trying our best to recruit at the moment but you know better than I do that recruitment will remain one of our most challenging task ahead. In the meantime, do continue to haunt me for staffs. But the partners ask only 1 thing in return, we expect you to work SMART, not HARD!!!"

Hmmmppphhh. Does he actually know the breakdown of the so-called PERMANENT STAFFS? The way I see it, my department have alot of junior staffs now (rather than senior staffs who have mostly tendered)  which require more coaching, etc etc. Which only adds up to having to train (increase time in engagement), further headache & stress. And the fact that 5 Managers & Supervisors resignation during peak period, the portfolio will be given to other managers, which in turn, leads to increased burden and taking up more of the team's work & time. Thanks a lot Partner for the not-so-convincing email. I really appreciate it.
